Character profile: what drives the team as a whole? Is their focus, for example, outward or do they pay more attention to each other and the internal organisation? Do they, for instance, have a need for things to be well organized or are they more focused on exploration and development? And what role does each individual take on in the group? Competencies

Competencies: what skills does a group as a whole possess? Which competencies align with the tasks the group needs to perform, and which competencies need to be developed? Are there also qualities that are currently not being utilized effectively?
